Cancellations, Refunds, and Transfers

 

Cancellations by You

·       Cancellations must be made in writing.

·       A full refund will be provided where cancellation is received at least 14 days before the start date of the camp.

·       Any cancellation made within 14 days of the camp start date will be charged in full, and no refund will be issued.

·       Missed sessions or non-attendance are non-refundable.

 

Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to circumstances beyond our control, including staff illness, weather conditions, venue issues, or insufficient numbers. Where this occurs, we will offer:

·       A replacement session, or

·       A credit, or

·       A refund (at our discretion)
