These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services by Alpha Sport Elite. By booking, enrolling in, or participating in any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Our Services

We provide sports-related services including, but not limited to:

  • Sports camps and group training sessions

  • Personal and small-group training

  • Nutritional guidance

  • Psychological skills and performance training

All services are provided for educational and performance-development purposes and do not replace professional medical, nutritional, or psychological treatment.

 

Eligibility and Participation

  • Participants must be physically able to take part in sporting activities.

  • Any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or relevant health concerns must be disclosed prior to participation.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or suspend participation where we believe continued involvement may pose a risk to the participant or others.

 

Children and Young People

  • Participants under the age of 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate medical, emergency, and contact information.

  • We operate safeguarding procedures in line with UK best practice.

 

Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • Payment must be made in full in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Prices are displayed at the time of booking and may change, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

 

Cancellations, Refunds, and Transfers

 

a) Cancellations by You

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.

  • A full refund will be provided where cancellation is received at least 14 days before the start date of the camp.

  • Any cancellation made within 14 days of the camp start date will be charged in full, and no refund will be issued.

  • Missed sessions or non-attendance are non-refundable.

 

b) Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to circumstances beyond our control, including staff illness, weather conditions, venue issues, or insufficient numbers. Where this occurs, we will offer:

  • A replacement session, or

  • A credit, or

  • A refund (at our discretion)

 

Health, Safety, and Risk

  • Participation in sports involves inherent risk of injury.

  • You participate at your own risk and are responsible for following coaching instructions and safety guidance.

  • Appropriate sports clothing and equipment must be worn at all times.

 

Medical Disclaimer

  • Our nutritional guidance and psychological skills training are not medical or clinical services.

  • We do not diagnose, treat, or prevent medical or mental health conditions.

  • You should seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional where appropriate.

Liability

  • We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

    • Loss or damage to personal property

    • Indirect or consequential losses

    • Injuries resulting from failure to disclose relevant medical information

 

Camp-Specific Rules

Collection Arrangements

  • Parents or guardians must inform us in advance who will be collecting their child at the end of each camp day.

  • Only authorised adults named by the parent or guardian may collect a child.

  • We reserve the right to request photo identification from any person collecting a child.

 

Late Collection

  • Parents or guardians must collect children promptly at the advertised session end time.

  • Where a child is collected late, a late collection fee of £5 per 15 minutes (or part thereof) will be charged.

  • Late collection fees are payable on the day or will be invoiced following the session.

  • Late payment: If late collection fees are not paid within 7 days, we reserve the right to add the outstanding amount to future bookings and/or suspend participation until payment is received.

  • Persistent late collection or non-payment of fees may result in refusal of future bookings.

 

Photography and Video

  • We may take photographs or videos during sessions for coaching, marketing, or promotional purposes.

  • Consent will be obtained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • You may withdraw consent at any time by notifying us in writing.

 

Behaviour and Conduct

  • Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other participants.

  • We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate, without refund.

 

Intellectual Property

All training materials, programmes, and content provided by us remain our intellectual property and must not be copied, shared, or reproduced without permission.

 

Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

 

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be available on our website or upon request.

 

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
